Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need any previous experience? Not at all. The experience is designed for everyone, regardless of skill level. When you arrive we will explain everything you need to know and we will be with you throughout the session.

How much does it cost? Pieces start from €14. The vast majority are between €18 and €24 — that is the most common range. The exact price depends on the piece you choose and we will confirm it when you arrive.

How long does the session last? The session lasts 2 hours. That is plenty of time to paint your piece calmly and without rushing.

When can I collect my piece? Once the session is over, we glaze and fire your piece. It will be ready to collect after 15 days. Important: at the end of the session, take a photo of your piece before you leave. When you come to collect it, you will need to show us that photo — it is the only way we have to identify your piece and make sure we hand you the right one. Without the photo we cannot make the delivery.

How long are pieces kept? Pieces are kept for 1 month from the date they are ready. After that time we cannot guarantee their preservation.

Can I come as a group? Yes, we have space for up to 16 people. It is perfect for birthdays, hen parties, team building or any celebration. Write to us on WhatsApp and we will organise it together.

How do I book? You can book directly on our website in the "Book your session" section. You can also write to us on WhatsApp and we will help you.

What happens if I cancel? We ask that you let us know as far in advance as possible. Spaces are limited and the studio and materials are prepared in advance. If Mola has to cancel a session, we will offer you a new date.

Can I give a session as a gift? Yes. We have gift cards available, valid for any session for 6 months from the date of purchase. You can buy them directly from the website.
