Shipping and Returns – Mola Cerámica

Shipping
We ship to mainland Spain. The shipping cost is €3.80 per order, regardless of the number of pieces.
For shipments to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, please contact us via WhatsApp and we will provide you with a personalised quote.
Orders are prepared with care and dispatched within 3 to 5 working days from payment confirmation. Each piece is individually packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Returns and exchanges
We accept exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the piece is in perfect condition and proof of purchase is presented. We do not offer cash refunds — the amount may be exchanged for another piece or a store credit voucher.
Personalised or made-to-order pieces cannot be exchanged or returned.
What if my piece arrives broken?
If your order arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with a photo of the piece and the packaging. We will assess each case individually and find the best solution.
